Prajith Prathapan is the Founder and Director of CORDEX Pvt Ltd, with over 15 years of experience in engineering, construction and project management across the built environment sector.

He holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering specialising in Industrial Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, together with a Diploma in Civil Engineering — a combination that lets him read a project from both the services and the structure side.

His career spans major construction and engineering projects across India and the Middle East, covering healthcare, commercial, hospitality, residential and institutional developments, and he has led complex projects through every stage from concept planning to construction supervision and final delivery.

His approach emphasises integrated MEP coordination, technically optimised engineering and practical construction methodology — designs that hold up against operating cost, buildability and international standards. Under his leadership CORDEX has grown into a technology-driven consultancy built around BIM workflows, advanced simulation and performance-oriented delivery.

Anil Kumar PB is a Founder and Director of CORDEX Pvt Ltd, bringing engineering depth, project leadership and strategic direction to the practice.

He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the air-conditioning industry, specialising in HVAC system design, project execution and technical management for complex building environments.

Before co-founding CORDEX, he served as Branch Head at Carrier Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pvt Ltd, one of the world's leading HVAC solution providers, where he was responsible for branch operations, technical teams and the delivery of advanced air-conditioning solutions for commercial, healthcare and industrial projects.

His expertise covers HVAC system design, ventilation engineering, energy-efficient climate control and project delivery across numerous large-scale developments.

Akhil A S leads the structural engineering department, with strong expertise in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete and steel structures across residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.

He holds a B.E in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech in Structural Engineering, and brings eight years of professional experience in the United Arab Emirates alongside extensive work in India.

His experience covers high-rise RCC buildings, residential towers, villa developments and complex foundation systems, including the design and delivery of more than 300 villas in the UAE.

He specialises in structural design for multi-storey buildings, foundation engineering, retaining structures, structural retrofitting and stability certification — with a consistent emphasis on load optimisation and structural systems that are safe, economical and buildable.

Dr. K. E. Rebby Roy provides advanced technical guidance in Computational Fluid Dynamics and thermal engineering.

He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and has more than two decades of academic and research experience across CFD, heat transfer, cryogenic engineering and multiphysics simulation.

At CORDEX he supports CFD validation, HVAC airflow simulation, ETO room analysis and performance-driven engineering studies, strengthening the firm's capability in advanced engineering modelling.

Binoy Mathew is a highly experienced electrical and MEP professional with over 20 years in the engineering and construction industry, covering electrical engineering, MEP project management, design coordination, estimation, installation, testing, commissioning and execution.

He holds an electrical engineering qualification from the University of Calicut and is an 'A' Grade Electrical Licence Holder (HT up to 33 kV) issued by the Kerala State Electrical Licensing Board, enabling him to oversee high-voltage installations and complex power distribution systems.

His portfolio includes major hospitals, airports, hotels, commercial complexes and institutional developments — among them CIAL Airport Hangar Cochin, Crowne Plaza Cochin, P.D. Hinduja Hospital Mumbai, Leela Hotels Goa, Markaz Knowledge City, Cochin Cancer Research Centre, Christian Medical College Vellore and MG University Kottayam.

He brings particular strength in electrical system planning, HT/LT distribution, project coordination and MEP integration, with a focus on safety, reliability and operational efficiency.

Chandu S is an experienced electrical engineer with over 12 years in electrical engineering, project execution and power system management across India and Qatar.

He holds an M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and has completed an advanced certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IIT Guwahati — bringing modern analytical tools into engineering practice.

His expertise spans electrical system design, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance for commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, electrical load analysis, lighting design, HVAC electrical integration and safety compliance with international standards.

He is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, working directly within BIM-based multidisciplinary workflows.
