Most buildings run well below the efficiency they were designed for, and almost none of them know by how much. Chillers run at part load with no sequencing logic. AHUs run at full speed into closed dampers. Setpoints have drifted. The plant is fine — the operation is not.
CORDEX measures the actual load profile, models the building, and identifies where energy is going and what it would cost to stop it. Recommendations come with a payback period, because a retrofit that does not pay back does not happen.
